• Your pet(s) should have all recommended vaccinations currently up-to-date, and you agree to obtain and provide current records from your licensed veterinarian regarding your pet(s) should the property request this information from you at any time.
  • Pets are permitted with a $100 per night nonrefundable fee (up to 2 pets).
  • Pets should be leashed at all times per Monroe County.
  • Pets should be supervised at all times while on the property. When left alone in the room pets must be crated. Crates are available at the front desk for complimentary use.
  • Guests should attach notification hanger to their front door to alert housekeeping that a pet is occupying the guest room.
  • Guests are responsible for dog waste clean-up throughout the property grounds.
  • Property reserves the right to remove guests whose dogs are deemed noisy or disruptive and will apply a charge of $50 per hour for holding.
  • Pet owners are required to complete a Pet Policy Agreement Form at check in.
