With 14 boat slips at our Bayside Villas marina, Islander Resort is the ideal launching point for fishing excursions, sunset cruises, and exploring the best boating spots the Florida Keys have to offer.

Boat Slips at Bayside Villas

Our Bayside Villas marina features 14 slips that can accommodate boats up to 24 feet in length, with a minimum water depth of 2 feet. Each slip provides access to a 110-volt electrical outlet and freshwater hookup for your convenience. Boat slips must be reserved in advance - see details below.

Boat Launch Information

While Islander Resort and Bayside Villas do not offer an on-site boat ramp, there are excellent options located nearby in Islamorada:

The preferred public launch site is at Founders Park, located approximately 5 miles north of Bayside Villas. Founders Park offers spacious public access and easy launching into Florida Bay, with ramp access available daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for around $25 each way.

Boaters will find our location easy to access from either the Intracoastal Waterway or Florida Bay.

Additional Boating Information

Guests with slip rentals can take advantage of trailer parking at Islander Resort's Oceanside area.

Please note that jet skis are not permitted to dock at Bayside Villas; guests traveling with jet skis are encouraged to use local launch ramps and trailer storage.
