Advance Purchase reservations are fully prepaid and non-refundable. The full room charge and tax will be charged at the time of booking. Guests may request one change to travel dates without penalty if submitted at least 72 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability. Revised stay dates may result in a rate difference, which will be collected at the time of modification. Changes requested within 72 hours of arrival are subject to resort approval.
